What is the sizing for Football/NBA/NFL/MLB Shirts?
Sizing for these are the exact same as you would find them in your local shop.
How long do orders take to deliver?
– UK/USA : 12-15 days.
– Spain (Iberian Peninsula): 15-25 days.
– Balearic Islands and Canary Islands: 25-35 days.
– Europe: 10-20 days.
– Rest of countries: 20-25 days.
The delivery time depends on the speed of the factory in preparing the order and the transport company in delivering it to the home, which is why we give approximate, but not exact, deadlines.
Delivery for certain PSG tracksuits can usually take longer than everything else due to the high demand with our manufacturer. The delivery is normally only a few days longer than our other products.
How do I choose my size?
We recommend our customers measure a garment similar to the one they are going to buy and compare these results with the measurement tables of our
products. This table with the measurements of each size can be found by clicking on the "measurement table" bar at the top of the screen.
Can I track the status of my order?
After 7 days we send you an email or Whatapps with your tracking number with which you can check the status of your order on the carrier's website.
How to wash and preserve my products?
Customized textile garments with textile vinyl require
basic maintenance to extend the durability of the garment. You just have to follow a few simple tips:
– Wash the garment in cold water on a delicate clothes program and inside out to avoid rubbing inside the washing machine.
– Do not use bleach when washing.
- Do not use dryer.
– Lay inside out, avoiding prolonged exposure of the vinyl to the sun.
Returns & Exchanges?
– Exchanges and returns will only be accepted when no more
than 14 calendar days have passed since the order was delivered and if it is being returned due to a mistake from our side. If you are returning due to a mistake made on your end, then I am sorry but we cannot accept it.
– Returns of any item will be refunded through the same
payment method used when placing the order.
– We remind you that it is not possible to return items with personalized numbers.
– You are responsible for the return of your package. Returning the package
will be at your expense and you will have to pay the shipping costs.
– Returns will only be accepted as long as we receive the order with its
original packaging, with its label and without signs of having been used.
- You CANNOT attempt to return an item because you have chosen the wrong size. If the products do not fit because they did not choose the correct size based off the measuring table then it is the buyers mistake and no refund can be issues.
We are sorry, but it is not possible to make a change on an item. To make
an exchange you must return the order and we will refund your money
so you can place another order on our website.

Is it safe to order through the website?
Yes, our website is available in HTTPS (Hypertext Transfer Protocol over
Secure Socket Layer). This means you are purchasing over a secure connection. All payments processed are PCI compliant so you can shop safely and comfortably.
Can I modify or cancel an order once it has been placed?
Please note that our operation is fully automated, so once an order is successfully placed online, it will be immediately processed through our systems. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to modify or cancel orders once placed. But if you attempt to change it within two days of the order being placed then it will nearly always be possible.
Do I have to pay customs?
All our orders have customs fees and taxes paid in advance.
